Job Responsibilities:-

  • Respond to chats and technical requests
  • Manage prospective chat interactions with technicians, especially existing chat sessions.
  • Enter the necessary orders in the computer system.
  • Professionals should have access to information on goods and services, including technical assistance and guidance on solving problems.
  • Determine, look into, and react to requests or difficulties from experts as required
  • Transfer contacts to the proper employees as needed, according your training
  • Notes, reports, and logs should be kept on the proper account.
  • Inform Team Manager of any trends or technical issues.
  • While offering outstanding service, meet the contractual goals and metrics for the client.
  • Make suggestions for process upgrades
  • Observe the allotted timetable and the attendance guidelines
